We will be fine, we're not really the ones with serious problems, we're tangled with everyone else's. Let the wind carry away those problems....isolate what's yours.......which are still clinging?......what do you need to see change?......how can you be happy?
Now take a moment..... ...close your eyes,... look inside yourself,... feel your tension if there is any, ...relax,... accept,... explore.
